Guest Services Administrator

We're looking for a highly organised administrator to join our busy Guest Services and Administration team. 

In this varied role you will be dealing with enquiries from Guests, both by telephone and by email. You will also be communicating with staff across the Park by telephone and two-way radio to help ensure the smooth efficient running of the Park. You will also be undertaking a variety of administrative activities that will vary on day to day basis. 

If this role is for you, you will be confident speaking with people on the telephone as well as responding in written formats. You will be a confident user of Word and Excel and have the ability to produce a variety of documents such as emails, letters and social media responses. Of course you will have the literacy and accuracy to support these skills. Experience in working in a Customer Service type role and dealing with a range of enquiries would be very helpful. 

This is a permanent position where you will be required to work a 40 hour average week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. This will include working weekends and banks holidays.
