The admission price includes entry to Paultons Park (including Peppa Pig World) and use of all the rides and attractions*
* With the exception of Go Karts and some other coin operated and seasonal amusements. Height restrictions do apply on certain rides. A selected number of rides are closed during November/December. Terms and Conditions apply.
What times do the rides and attractions open and close?
This does vary dependent on the time of year. A detailed calendar with the opening and closing times is available on our opening times page. A copy of this is also available on the Parks main advertising leaflet. The Park gates always open to admit guests at 10.00am.
Tickets must be purchased in advance before the day you visit to qualify for the discounted online prices. Advance tickets will not be valid on the day of purchase. Please purchase 'Tickets for Today' if you are visiting today.
Do you provide tickets at beneficial prices for larger Group bookings?
Group Tickets are available for purchases of 15 tickets or over where additional concessions are available for visits made on weekdays during school term times. The most cost effective way of purchasing Group Tickets is on-line.
(Please note: these are date specific and non-transferable and no refunds will be given for any unused or part used tickets.)

Season Tickets can be purchased at the Park either before entry or at a discounted price after admission. Renewals can be done via the telephone. Further details and current pricing can be found on our season tickets page.
Payment must be made en bloc on arrival at the Admissions Information Kiosk (window 10). To speed up your entry into the Park you must know the exact number of adults, children under 12 years and children under 1 metre (even though they are free of charge) before you go to the Group Admissions Kiosk to pay for your group. It is a good idea to check numbers on the coach before you arrive at Paultons.
Please note - we do not invoice for group admission after entry, all monies must be paid before entering the park.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa or Switch) or by cash. Only the Group Organiser should attend Admissions Information Kiosk (window 10) to pay for the tickets. Payment is required on the day of the visit. Please note we do not accept personal cheques. We do accept cheques drawn on a groups account but then only by prior arrangement.
It is advisable to check the height of children before you arrive but there are measuring points at the entrance. Please note that the height of children is checked at the Admissions Gate and that shoes must be worn.
We can provide pre-paid tickets for a group if required. Please telephone us with the exact numbers in your group so we can confirm the cost to you. Payment must be received at least two weeks before your visit to enable the pre-paid tickets to be issued and sent out to you to distribute. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON PRE-PAID TICKETS.
You need to arrange to meet together at the Park so the Group Organiser can go to the Admissions Information Kiosk (window 10) to pay en bloc. Alternatively, the Group Organiser can buy pre-paid tickets in advance via the telephone at our standard group rates. These tickets are sent out to you to distribute to your group.
We also sell group tickets (15 or more paying guests) online, visit our group pages for more information. Please note that online tickets cannot be purchased on the day of the visit, are date specific and non- refundable. On arrival at the Park, the Group Organiser should take the downloaded voucher to the Admissions Information Kiosk (window 10) to be exchanged for tickets.
A pass-out is given at the exit of the Big Toy Shop so you can return to the coach to collect lunches. It is better for one or two adults to be designated for this rather than taking the whole group back to the coach. You should also arrange a time with the Coach Driver to do this.
Yes, there are toilets (including toilets for disabled guests) outside the Park in the main car park opposite the Admissions area. A main toilet block (with baby changing facilities in Ladies and Gents, and a disabled guest toilet) is also just inside the Park.
At what age group is Paultons and its rides and attractions most suitable for?
Paultons is designed for families with children below the age of 14 years old. There is a huge range of rides ranging from those that are only suitable for very young children through to the Cobra and Edge Rides which are designed for the older children and adults alike. Peppa Pig World is a fully themed and immersive experience with 7 rides an indoor and outdoor playground and numerous other interactive experiences designed for children between the ages of 1 to 6 years old. Are there age/height restrictions on any of the rides and attractions?
Yes, as with all other Theme Parks there are height and age restrictions on the majority of the rides for Health and Safety reasons details of which can be found on our rides page. However, being a Park designed specifically for families the rides have been designed specially to cater for children. Paultons does not operate any rides which would be deemed as "White Knuckle". To illustrate, even our largest Coaster the Cobra is accessible to a child over 4 years old and 1.1 metres tall should they wish!
Are there any rides and attractions which we are likely to get wet on?
Yes, the Raging River Ride and Water Kingdom are two areas where you are likely to get wet. In addition, the Wave Runner is a water based ride but by its nature you will not get as wet when using this ride. Within Peppa Pig World there is a small water splash area, Muddy Puddles, where younger children may get wet but this is far smaller than Water Kingdom.
Are there facilities in which we can dry off if required?
Next to both the Raging River Ride and Water Kingdom there are "People Dryers" (additional charge applies). These are in effect large booths which a family can enter to dry off by the use of fast flowing warm air - similar to a giant hair dryer.
If I am pregnant - am I able to use the Rides and Attractions?
We advise that certain rides are not used by expectant woman. Full details can be found at the Information Board located at each ride and also within our Accessibility Guide copies of which can be requested at Guest Information. In addition to the rides Paultons has wonderful gardens and a fantastic collection of birds and animals that can be enjoyed.
Do any of the rides and attractions contain flash photography?
Guests with epilepsy please be aware that the following rides and attractions contain flash photography: The Cobra, Raging River Ride, The Cat-O-Pillar, The Wave Runner, Trekking Tractors, Daddy Pig's Car Ride, George's Dinosaur Adventure, Peppa's Magic Photo Studio, Madame Gazelle's School House, Flight of the Pterosaur, The Dinosaur Tour Co. Velociraptor and Dino Chase.
Yes, "Cash Back" is available at The Big Toy Shop, Wild Forest Restaurant, Peppa Pig’s Toy Shop, Daddy Pig's Big Tummy Café, Station Restaurant, Coffee Station and Outpost12. Please Note: Certain Terms and Conditions will apply. The Park does not have an ATM machine on-site.
Due to the single exit, and as experienced by similar attractions, please be aware that on peak days some queuing is likely in our car parks when exiting the Park. If you wish to avoid this we advise leaving prior to 5.30pm.
Yes, to assist with this each group receives a Park Guide which includes a detailed map of the Park when they purchase their Admission Tickets with further copies available from Guest Information if required. To further assist there are numerous "finger" post signs around the Park as well as large scale maps located at key locations.
Yes, Wheel Chairs are available to hire free of charge albeit we do ask that these be pre-booked prior to arrival by telephoning 023 8081 4442. Please be aware hiring a wheelchair inside the park does not permit free entry.
Strollers are available for hire from the Guest Information desk:
Smoking is not permitted in ANY areas of the Park with the exception of 8 Dedicated Smoking Zones the location of which are clearly marked on the Park Guide, a copy of which you will be given when purchasing your tickets. Further copies are available at our Guest Information Kiosk on request.
Do you have medical assistance on-site that is available in the case of incident?
When the Park is open to Guests we always have a fully qualified First Aid nurse on-site who is based at our well equipped First Aid centre which is located along Show Street. In addition the Park also has qualified First Aiders employed as members of staff to assist when required.
Yes - The Baby Care Centre (located just inside the main entrance area and Station/Pirate Ship toilets) has facilities for feeding and changing babies and a separate room for mothers to breastfeed. Baby changing facilities are also provided in Ladies and Gents toilets within the Park. Baby bottle and food heating is available at restaurants and kiosks.
The Park operates a well rehearsed lost child procedure whereby lost children are reunited with their parents/guardians as quickly and as safely as possible. If a parent has lost a child they are to make their way to our First Aid Centre located along Show Street or contact the nearest member of staff.
We regret dogs (except for fully registered assistance dogs) are not permitted in the Park. Assistance Dogs must be fully harnessed and have the appropriate jackets to clearly identify them as Assistance Dogs. Assistance dogs undergoing training are not permitted. Please Note: Paultons does not have any facilities for kennels etc. where dogs can be housed whilst their owners are in the Park. We advise you do not bring a dog with you and animals should not be left in cars.
Are you able to cater for guests with specific dietary requirements?
When you arrive at the Park, please ask to speak to one of our Catering Supervisors who will be on duty and they will be pleased to assist. If you have anything that may require some forward planning prior to your visit please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have you covered areas in the event of inclement weather?
Whilst Paultons is fundamentally an outdoor attraction there are still areas that can be enjoyed when the weather is less than clement. George's Spaceship Play Zone is a large indoor play area within Peppa Pig World which, in addition to numerous giant umbrellas located on the many patio areas all provide shelter during those sudden showers!
Other than the Rides and Attractions - what else does Paultons have to offer?

How do I know I am going to receive value for money?
Paultons is awarded the VAQAS (Visitor Attraction Quality Assurance Scheme) accreditation. In order to achieve this - the Park undergoes a rigorous annual audit by an independent inspector. In addition to this, Paultons has received numerous accreditations over the years from various bodies praising the Park for its uniqueness and general impeccable standards of cleanliness and standards of services.
With over 60 Rides and Attractions Paultons is proud of the fact that we offer fantastic value for money for a full days family entertainment.
Paultons runs a programme called Paultons Breaks (www.paultonsbreaks.com) where local hotel accommodation packages are "bundled" together with admission to the Park. There are a wide range of local hotels involved in the programme.
Alternately as Paultons is fortunate to be located on the easterly edge of the New Forest National Park there are also numerous other accommodation providers in the close vicinity that can provide a wide range of accommodation ranging from hotels, Self Catering Cottages, Campsites and Holiday Parks. On arrival at the Park guests are provided with a Park Guide which includes a comprehensive map of the Park and other pieces of useful information. We also have a Guest Information Kiosk which is always open when the Park is open to guests.
No all Car Parking is free. There is ample hard-standing Car Parks available for our guests. When arriving at the Park please follow the signs and our Car Parking staff instructions to ensure cars are parked both quickly and safely.
What facilities have Paultons got to cater for guests with disabilities?
Paultons Park is located on a mostly flat site with wide tarmac pathways making for easy movement around the Park for those guests with mobility problems. The vast majority of the rides and attractions are accessible to guests with disabilities albeit there are a few exceptions. The Park has a comprehensive Accessibility Guide which details all the rides and any restrictions that may exist. Copies of this are available on request at the Admissions Kiosk, from Guest Information or can be viewed on-line on our disabled guests page. Have you got a "fast track" scheme for guests that may have difficulties queuing due to disability?
Yes Paultons operates a Queue Assist Policy on busier days for those guests who have difficulties with queuing. Comprehensive details on how this operates can be found within our Accessibility Guide or on our disabled guests page.
When paying for an order, your bank will send us an authorisation code to confirm there are funds in the account. Your bank will then proceed to 'shadow' the value of your order (this means they reserve the funds so that they cannot be spent elsewhere). The bank does this in anticipation of receiving a successful status against the transaction. When the bank is advised the transaction has been successful and that the funds are to be processed, this will ensure the funds are allocated correctly. However, if the transaction is not successfully completed (e.g. if the payment is declined or rejected) then the funds will go back into your account. Occasionally the 'shadow' may remain on your account for between 3-6 days depending on your bank.
