Do I have to pay for my toddler?
Children under 1m in height, when measured with shoes on, enter the Park free of charge and do not require a ticket
Can I upgrade my Park ticket to a Season Ticket after my visit?
To upgrade your park tickets to seaon tickets this must be done on the same day of your visit, whilst you are still at the Park by visiting our Guest Information Kiosk. We regret that we are unable to assist with season ticket upgrades retrospectively.
I have lost or had my season ticket stolen, what can I do?
Season tickets can be replaced for a charge of £5.00. Please visit the Admissions Kiosk on arrival to the park.
How many rides can a child <1m in height go on?
We have a great selection of rides suitable for children under 1m in height, including all those in Peppa Pig World which are suitable for children from 12months. George's Dinosaur Ride has a height restriction of 85cm. Please visit our rides and attractions page for further details on each ride,
Can I cancel my ticket booking?
Orders for online tickets cannot be cancelled and all tickets are non-refundable.
I have not received my booking confirmation, can you re-send?
Please sign in to your account on the website and view your order history. Here you will be able to view your order, download your tickets or re-send your email confirmation to the email address set up at the time of purchase.
If I book advance tickets, can I use them on any date?
Tickets purchased online are valid for the current main season, up until 23/11/2018, and can be used on any date during our advertised opening times. Advance tickets are not valid on the day of purchase but are valid from the following day.
Can I use my gift vouchers online?
Paper gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the Park and cannot be used towards online purchases. Gift Cards can be used both online or at the Park.
