Guest Services at Paultons Family Theme Park
We understand the importance of guest feedback and are very keen to hear about your experience at the Park. Please send any feedback regarding your visit directly to Guest Services.
- To ensure that we can respond to your feedback fully please ensure that you attach proof of purchase to confirm the date of your visit - this can include your tickets, receipt or a copy of your bank statement.
- If your email is giving feedback regarding a recent visit please be advised that it may take up to 10 working days to receive a response. We regret we will be unable to respond to any feedback that is received more than 4 weeks following a visit.

Our guest services department is open Monday to Friday 9 am - 3 pm. If your enquiry is urgent and needs an immediate response please telephone our administration team on (023) 8081 4442. They will be able to assist with any queries 7 days a week 9 am - 5 pm.
