Please note Paultons Park cannot accept responsibility for items lost inside the Park or in the car parks.
Have you lost an item at the Park?
Please contact our Administration Department on 02380 814442 and log your details with a member of our team. Alternatively please email email@example.com confirming the date you visited and a full description of the lost item.
Perishables will be disposed of immediately along with soiled items.
If your item is found you will be contacted by telephone or email to arrange postage or collection.
Items reported as lost which have been handed in will only be held for a period of 3 months and 3 attempts will be made to make contact to arrange collection or postage. After the 3 month holding period, all unclaimed items are either donated to charity, recycled, or disposed of with personal information/details enclosed destroyed.
Valuable items such as mobile phones, cameras, jewellery etc. will be held for a period of 6 months before being disposed of. Credit and Debit Cards will be kept for a maximum of 7 days after which they will be destroyed.
Please note that only reported items will be held for 3 months. All other items of generic lost property will be disposed of after 3 weeks (excluding perishable and soiled goods).
Your claimed item will be available to collect for a period of 1 month only. If not collected within this period your property will be donated to charity, recycled, or disposed of.
If you would like your item posted to you, there will be a £4.00 charge to cover postage, packaging and administration costs. A 48hr Track and Trace service is used. Please note that the postage and packaging charge for items weighing 5kg+ will increase to reflect the rise in the cost of posting the item to you.
Please note that should you wish for an item of value to be posted out (such as a mobile phone, camera etc.) we will require an email from you confirming that you wish for the items to be posted out to the address specified and that you will not hold Paultons Park liable should the item be lost or delayed in the postal system.
