Working out of the Park’s fully equipped First Aid Centre you will be assisting guests and staff who require first aid treatment as well as dealing with lost children and parents who have lost children.
Your day will be varied and call outs will take you anywhere in the Park for which there is a dedicated First Aid Buggy. You will also assist with the issuing of Queue Assist wristbands for guests who are unable to queue due to a disability.You will need to be able to deliver a high level of service to guests sometimes in challenging circumstances. An empathetic and understanding approach is required in this role along with the ability to work co-operatively with other members of the First Aid Team and other Park team members.
You will need to a qualified RGN (Minimum Band 5 equiv) and experience in a casualty or First Aid environment would be an advantage. A full clean driving licence is also required.
