The Guest Welcome team within the Park Operations department at Paultons requires friendly, confident and assertive people to join their ranks for the 2018 season. We are looking for people with the ability to offer the warmest greetings possible to our Guests as they arrive at the Park whilst ensuring that all of our Guests have a valid means of entry to the Park.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service alongside the confidence and assertiveness to resolve any disputes.
You will find yourself
Operating a turnstile and scanning tickets to ensure valid entry to the Park
Greeting Guests at the start of their day and offering information about the Park
Assisting the Park Operations team in other areas of the department
Applicants do not need previous customer service experience, as everyone has to start somewhere, but a willingness to learn and adapt to the role is essential.
