Access to the Ride

Main access route:

Access is via the entrance. There are no steps to negotiate.

Queue Assist/Access route for guests in wheelchairs:

Access for guests in wheelchairs is available via the entrance. This attraction is accessible to guests in wheelchairs. However, larger mobility scooters may find it difficult to navigate the attraction. If you are concerned about this, please contact a member of staff so we can offer the option of temporarily transferring to one of our manual wheelchairs. Surfaces are generally level with only small thresholds at the entrance and exit doorways.

 

Requirements for All Passengers

Cognitive Requirements:

All guests must be able to perceive that this is a walk-through attraction containing animated characters with voiceovers and lighting and mild smoke effects. If there is any doubt as to a guest’s cognitive ability, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult, or are politely requested not to use this attraction. Please note that this judgement must be the responsibility of the individual guest, parent or carer, as it is impossible for our staff to assess an individual’s cognitive abilities.

Restraint type:

There is no form of restraint on this attraction.

Passenger Requirements:

This is a walk-through attraction featuring animated characters and voiceovers. Internal areas are generally well lit.

Guests with Asthma or other breathing/chest conditions should be aware that there are mild smoke effects used within the attraction.

There are no physical restrictions for guests – everybody is able to enjoy this attraction.

There is also an option to visit Santa via the Exit if guests do not wish to experience the walk-through attraction.

Magnetic Fields:

No magnetic fields are present within this attraction.

Guests must possess lower body control to walk through the attraction. The attraction is fully accessible to guests in wheelchairs.

Leg and arm prosthetics may be worn throughout this attraction.

If Evacuation is Necessary:

In the unlikely event that evacuation is necessary, guests must be able to understand and be able to follow our instructions. Guests may have to leave the attraction via either the entrance or exit.
