Lost Property

Please visit our Guest Information Kiosk by the entrance if you are still on site to report your lost item. Alternatively, if you have already left, please report your item by emailing lostproperty@paultons.co.uk.

Important Information

  • Paultons Park cannot accept responsibility for any items lost inside the Park or in the car parks.
  • Perishables will be disposed of immediately along with soiled items.
  • If your item is found you will be contacted by email usually within 48 hours. We will hold your found item for 1 month only. 
  • We charge a postage and packaging fee of £4.95 to send the item back to you, using a 48hr Track and Trace Service. In the event that your item weighs in excess of 5kg, the cost of postage will increase accordingly.
  • Unclaimed and unreported items are held for 3 weeks.
  • All unclaimed items are either donated to charity, recycled, or disposed of with personal information/details enclosed destroyed.
