If there is any doubt as to a guest’s cognitive ability, then for the sake of our animals’ welfare they must be accompanied by a responsible adult, or are politely requested not to use this attraction. Please note that this judgement must be the responsibility of the individual guest, parent or carer, as it is impossible for our staff to assess an individual’s cognitive abilities.
