It has one of the longest tails of any member of the crow family and can learn to mimic people's voices and the calls of other birds.

Natural Habitat

Comes from the Indian Subcontinent, western Himalaya eastwards into Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. Predominately in evergreen forests and scrub in hilly or mountainous countryside.

Diet

Eats a wide variety of food from insects, small animals, fruits and some seeds. It also robs other birds nests of eggs and chicks.
