In light of the national lockdown now in place, we have made the decision to delay the opening of Paultons for the 2021 season. Instead of opening as planned on Saturday 13th February, we now intend to re-open the park from Friday 19th March 2021. An email has been sent to all guests who hold tickets for the closed period, with instructions on how to re-book. If you have not received this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Booking Reference and the date you would like to move to.
If you did not make your visit to Paultons due to local restrictions, we will be pleased to move your booking to a date of your choice during the 2021 season. Opening dates for 2021 can be found on our website. Please email email@example.com with your Booking Reference and the date you would like to move to.
