Dr. Benjamin Kinley has been enamoured with the paranormal ever since that fateful night when the apparition known as Ohjee peered through his bedroom window, mischievously grinning. His upbringing within the haunted walls of Kinley Manor only served to fuel his fascination and inspire his childhood vow to confront Ohjee and other misbehaving spirits. Now, decades later, Dr. Kinley has successfully invented the Phantom Phaser – a device to capture and contain spectral entities – and opened the doors to the Ghostly Manor for visitors to experience the supernatural like never before. Guests will be able explore Dr. Kinley’s exhibition of Apparitions and Haunted Artefacts, armed with their very own Phaser, ‘just in case’ any spirits manage to escape…

Located near the entrance of the Park, the Ghostly Manor will take the site of the previous 4D cinema.
What does the Ghostly Manor ride involve?
Guests will be in an eight-seated carriage as you make your way through the theatre, which rotates to progress to the next scene. You’ll be equipped with a Phantom Phaser to catch any mischievous ghosts who might have escaped by shooting at the apparitions, all while being immersed in a wondrous, eerie setting. At the end of the adventure, your ghost-catching score will be displayed!
Are there any height requirements for the Ghostly Manor?
Yes, there will be a height limit which will be announced soon.
What age is the Ghostly Manor appropriate for? Is it too scary for young children?
The Ghostly Manor is a family-friendly attraction. The ride is dark and contains some spooky themes but is designed to be the perfect blend of fun and thrilling to entertain the whole family. Any specific ride age limits will be announced soon.
Is the Ghostly Manor ride included in the entry ticket?
Yes! The Ghostly Manor is included in your Paultons Park entry ticket once it is open and you won’t need to pay extra to experience this ride.

The Phantom Phaser is a ghost catching device invented by Dr. Kinley. Every guest entering the Ghostly Manor will be equipped with one and can use it to defend against the mischievous spirits if needed. It includes innovative haptic interactive technology and LED lights to further immerse you as you explore the haunted house.
