Children under 5 years old cannot ride.
Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Guests who suffer from back, spinal or neck problems, heart conditions, high/low blood pressure and expectant mothers are advised not to use this ride. Guests with broken / fractured limbs are advised not to ride.
Not suitable for guests who have limited mobility or are wheelchair users. Wheelchairs must be left outside of the queue lines due to evacuation reasons. Riders must be able to walk unaided in the event of an evacuation.
Guests must have upper body control, be able to sit upright and hold on to the lap bar at all times. The lap bar must be fully engaged; you will not be able to ride if this is unachievable. Queue Assist users enter via the dedicated entrance next to the ride exit.
This experience may be too scary for young children or more timid guests. The building features dark spaces and flashing lights. The ride carriages will move and turn suddenly without warning. Riders must brace themselves at all times.
