Windy Castle Ride

No height restriction. Anyone under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. One adult can accompany up to four children in the same gondola.

Maximum of 5 riders per gondola – or 4 riders if these are all adults.

Riders must possess upper body control – this means all riders must be able to independently sit upright unaided and be able to brace themselves at all times. This does not apply to babies and toddlers being carried by an adult.

All riders must be able to hold on or brace with at least one functioning limb. Secure prosthetic limbs may be worn.

Expectant mothers and anyone with any of the following conditions should not ride: heart conditions, back, spinal or neck problems, high/low blood pressure, vertigo, Meniere’s Disease, anyone who has had recent surgery or anyone with any other medical condition that may be affected by this ride.

Queue Assist & Wheelchair wristband users wait at the exit gate and await instructions from the Operator. Wheelchairs can be taken on to the platform.

Minimum of 1 carer, Maximum of 3 carers permitted – groups must sit in the same gondola.
