You must be at least 90cm to ride. Anyone under 6 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the same row. One adult can accompany up to three children in the same row.

Riders must possess upper body control – this means all riders must be able to independently sit upright unaided and be able to brace themselves at all times.

All riders must have at least one natural leg below the knee, and at least one hand to be able to hold onto the restraint and brace with. Secure prosthetic limbs may be worn – leg prosthetics must be in contact with the floor.

Anyone with any broken or fractured limbs is advised not to ride.

Expectant mothers and anyone with any of the following conditions should not ride: heart conditions, back, spinal or neck problems, high/low blood pressure, vertigo, Meniere’s Disease, anyone who has had recent surgery or anyone with any other medical condition that may be affected by this ride.

The safety restraints must be fully engaged – you will not be able to ride if this is not achievable.

Queue Assist & Wheelchair wristband users please wait at the bottom of the exit ramp and await further instructions. Do not walk up the ramp whilst the ride is in motion. Wheelchairs can be taken up to the platform.

Minimum of 1 carer, Maximum of 3 carers permitted. One carer must be sat next to the wristband holder.
