Information & Accessibility
Children must be at least 1.1m tall to ride.
Children under 8 years old and 1.3 metres in height must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Guests who suffer from heart conditions, back, spinal or neck problems, high/low blood pressure, vertigo, Meniere’s Disease, or anyone who has had recent surgery, are advised not to ride.
This ride is unsuitable for expectant mothers.
Guests with broken/fractured limbs are advised not to ride. Leg plaster casts/medical boots are not permitted as they present a risk during evacuation
This ride is unsuitable for guests who have limited mobility. Wheelchairs must be left outside of the queue line due to evacuation reasons. Riders must be able to walk unaided in the event of an evacuation.
All guests must have full body control, be able to sit upright unaided and hold on to the lap bar at all times. The lap bar must be fully engaged; you will not be able to ride if this is unachievable.
Queue Assist and wheelchair users enter via the ride exit and await instructions from the Operator.
Min. 1 Carer, Max. 3 Carers, Max of 1 group per ride.
Maximum one ride per day with queue assist pass.
