Information & Accessibility
You must be at least 1m and 4 years old to ride. Anyone under 1.2m and 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. One adult can only accompany one child and must be sat next to them.
Riders must possess upper body control – this means all riders must be able to independently sit upright unaided and be able to brace themselves at all times.
All riders must have one point of contact with the floor of the ride vehicle, and at least one hand to be able to hold onto the restraint and brace with. Secure prosthetic legs below the knee may be worn. Prosthetic arms must be removed.
Anyone with a leg plaster cast or medical boot is not able to ride for evacuation reasons. Anyone with any other broken or fractured limb is advised not to ride.
Expectant mothers and anyone with any of the following conditions should not ride: heart conditions, back, spinal or neck problems, high/low blood pressure, vertigo, Meniere’s Disease, anyone who has had recent surgery or anyone with any other medical condition that may be affected by this ride.
The safety restraints must be fully engaged – you will not be able to ride if this is not achievable.
Queue Assist & Wheelchair wristband users enter via the dedicated entrance to the left of Tornado Treats. Wheelchairs can be taken up to the station platform via the use of the wheelchair lift.
Minimum of 1 carer, Maximum of 3 carers permitted. One carer must be sat next to the wristband holder. Please note the Queue Assist scheme does not operate for the front seats. If a Queue Assist user wishes to ride on the front seats, the carer must queue for them
