Children under 1 metre tall in height (wearing shoes) are admitted free and do not require a ticket or annual pass in order to enter. Children 1 metre and over will require a ticket to enter the Park.

Pay your first month for each member.

Unlimited Visits

Visit as often as you like during advertising opening days. Passes are accessed via the Paultons Park App.

Renew Monthly

Payments are automatically taken for each month. After your 12 month min term you can cancel at any time.
If a payment fails, there is a 3 day grace period before access pauses.

FAQs

Each membership has a 12 month minimum term. After that, you can cancel at any time by logging in to your Membership Dashboard.

Yes, you have 14 days to cancel your membership after it has begun. Once you have used your membership to enter Paultons Park the service has started and we are unable to process any cancellations, even within the 14 day cooling off period.

You'll have a 3 day period to update your details. If payment isn't successful by the end of the 3 day grace period, that member's access will pause until payment is received.

Prices are reviewed annually and may increase. We'll notify current members at least 6 weeks before any price increase takes effect.

If you have a valid Access Card with a +1 or +2 symbol present, please follow the below steps to create your Premium+ Essential Companion Membership:

It is not possible to upgrade from a Premium, Star or Essential Pass to a Premium+ monthly membership.

We are unable to process Premium+ Membership sales onsite at Paultons Park. As we need to save your card details for recurring monthly payments, all new memberships must be purchased on our website.

Note: Children's height will be measured at Guest Welcome (shoes must be worn). When a child reaches 1 metre they can be added as a Member through the Membership Portal by the Primary Account Holder. A Joining Fee and standard Monthly fee will apply. 

Yes, we are able to process one off monthly payments at our Admissions Kiosk, or alternatively payment can be made over the phone.

Please note that this is for one off payments only and you must add a valid method of payment to your account via the Membership Dashboard.
