School Trip Hub

Welcome to the school trip hub!

This page is designed for schools who have already made a booking and includes lots of useful information and resources, as well as the ability to arrange a previsit.

If you can’t find the information you are looking for, please email education@paultons.co.uk

Use this page to book a pre-visit. Please note that we can only accept pre-visit requests from schools with a valid reservation number. Schools can request a maximum of two adult tickets per class attending.

Paultons Park is a cashless site with the exception of the Big Toy Shop. Should students who wish to spend cash at other locations around the park, they can swap cash in Guest Information for a gift card.

Students and adults will each need an entry ticket to access the park. Please ensure these are distributed to everyone before reaching the turnstiles. During peak times, please do this on the coach/minibus. There is limited space prior to the turnstiles so we encourage all groups to give out important instructions either on the coach, or once through the turnstiles where there are larger areas.

In the unlikely event that a student gets separated from their group,  please speak to any member of staff who will assist. All staff wear branded uniforms and children should be made aware of this.

Paultons Park offers a large, free car and coach park.  Coaches and mini-buses should follow directions to our coach park, which is then a short paved walk to the park entrance. If your school is arranging for parents to drop off at the park, please let the Education team know as we may need to make special adjustments to ensure a smooth entrance for everyone.

Coach Drivers can obtain a complimentary ticket by visiting the ticket office once all students are in the park.

Please find our site risk assessment for schools and our Learning Outside The Classroom Certificate below. If you require anything else, please email education@paultons.co.uk

Daily penguin feeding takes place at 12:00 and 3:30pm. A daily meerkat talk takes place at 2:00pm. For all other show times (including dinosaur encounters and seasonal shows) please download the app or check upon arrival.

Encourage students to dress for the weather. We recommend identifiable t-shirts / jumpers (school colours) and trainers. Hats can be left at ride platforms as these may come loose on the faster rides. Due to the nature of some of our rides, shorts/trousers will be more comfortable than skirts.
