You must be at least 85cm to ride. Anyone under 5 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. One adult can accompany one or two children and must be sat next to them in the same row.

Riders must possess upper body control – this means all riders must be able to independently sit upright unaided and be able to brace themselves at all times.

All riders must have both natural legs above the knees, and at least one complete limb to be able to brace with. Secure prosthetic legs below the knee may be worn. Prosthetic arms must be removed.

Anyone with any broken or fractured limbs is advised not to ride.

Expectant mothers and anyone with any of the following conditions should not ride: heart conditions, back, spinal or neck problems, high/low blood pressure, vertigo, Meniere’s Disease, anyone who has had recent surgery or anyone with any other medical condition that may be affected by this ride.

The safety restraints must be fully engaged – you will not be able to ride if this is not achievable.

Queue Assist & Wheelchair wristband users please speak to staff in the ride photography kiosk and await further instructions. Wheelchairs can be taken up to the platform.

Minimum of 1 carer, Maximum of 3 carers permitted. One carer must be sat next to the wristband holder.
