Information & Accessibility
You must be at least 95cm to ride. Anyone under 7 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. One adult can accompany up to two children and must be sat next to them.
Riders must possess upper body control – this means all riders must be able to independently sit upright unaided and be able to brace themselves at all times.
All riders must have both natural legs above the knees, and at least one hand to be able to hold onto the restraint and brace with. Prosthetic limbs must be removed.
Anyone with any broken or fractured limbs is advised not to ride. Medical boots must be removed.
Expectant mothers and anyone with any of the following conditions should not ride: heart conditions, back, spinal or neck problems, high/low blood pressure, vertigo, Meniere’s Disease, anyone who has had recent surgery or anyone with any other medical condition that may be affected by this ride.
The safety restraints must be fully engaged – you will not be able to ride if this is not achievable.
Queue Assist & Wheelchair wristband users wait by the exit gate and await instructions from the Operator. Wheelchairs can be taken on to the platform.
Minimum of 1 carer, Maximum of 3 carers permitted. Carers must be sat next to the wristband holder.
