Access to the Ride
Main access route:
Access is via the entrance which consists of 8 steps. There are 7 steps to negotiate along the exit route.
Queue Assist/Access route for guests in wheelchairs:
Access for guests in wheelchairs is available via an accessible lift. Contact a member of staff at Pedro Pony’s Ride Photos for assistance. Surfaces are generally level with only small thresholds at the entrance and exit doorways.
Requirements for All Passengers
Cognitive Requirements:
All guests must be able to perceive that this is a walk-through attraction containing animated characters with voiceovers. If there is any doubt as to a guest’s cognitive ability, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult, or are politely requested not to use this attraction. Please note that this judgement must be the responsibility of the individual guest, parent or carer, as it is impossible for our staff to assess an individual’s cognitive abilities.
