Employee feedback
Take a look at what our employees have to say about working at Paultons…
Working at Paultons is great fun. Not only do you have the opportunity to make customers family days out great, but learn valuable interpersonal and service skills. In addition, the staff are one of a kind; everyone is really approachable and every day is filled with laughter (in some way or another). The job has helped me develop valuable social skills and assisted me in a professional capacity as a student entering a corporate career. Boston – F&B Senior Assistant
10/10. Like the flexible hours. Management are really good at looking after the team. I enjoy working in the lovely surroundings. I have gained so many different skills operating the rides and working with the public. Jane - Park Operations Assistant
Really like working here. It’s hard work at times, but such great fun! Great pleasure in seeing guests have the best experience. Great team to work in! All the staff are so friendly, even if you don’t know them by name. I’ve worked in a lot of places but this is one of the few jobs I’ve had where I feel my contribution is really valued. Michael – Cleaning
