This programme looks at the customer service aspect of Paultons Park. We cover information about our customers, how we meet their needs and measure their satisfaction. We also look at how we actually communicate with our customers pre, during and post visit. This session can be adapted to meet the needs of individual schools / colleges.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and understand customer needs
  • Explore the importance to businesses of providing good customer service
  • Recognise the methods of communication within the business
  • Discuss the link between training, motivation and retention of staff
